Had a nice lazy Friday night... and made this giant ice cream cake! Courtesy of
Smitten Kitchen of course. The only problem is that we don't have a spring form pan, so it turned into more of a giant bowl of ice cream than a beautiful ice cream cake, ha! Intimidating.
